What is a Preferred Partners relationship?

A Preferred Partner relationship can be set up between two organizations who wish to view each other’s class schedule and request enrollments for students in the other organization’s classes. Each organization controls which classes can be viewed by their partner. The partner organizations view classes through the Upcoming Events/Events/Schedule page which is accessed by a navigation button at the top of the page in the TMS.

When enrolling a student, a partner organization has a limited selection of enrollment statuses: Requested, Approved, Cancelled or Denied. Only the center which owns the class can mark the student Enrolled into a class. The class center has limited access to the students, for instance, they cannot view the user accounts of students belonging to another center. Each center can find and manage students participating in partner center classes.
