How can we assist a partner center’s student with their username or password during class?

If a student from a partner center has an issue logging in to the TMS to access their labs, you will not be able to view their user account to change their username or password. This can be managed from the roster by an TMS operations manager or instructor.

On the class roster, each student has a set of icons to the far right. The padlock icon opens a dialog to view the student’s Username and change their password. Click on the padlock icon, this opens the Login Credentials: [Student Name]. The Username can be viewed and also updated by typing in the Username field. Click the Change Password box, input the password in the New Password and Confirm Password boxes. Click Save.
